Visual Craftsperson and Creative Problem Solver
We’re looking for an art director or designer who can think big picture and execute to the smallest detail. Someone who is as passionate about good design as they are about creating a brand. Our perfect candidate can take an idea from concept to completion through any medium, whether it’s executing an ad campaign, designing a logo or developing website comps. And if there’s a skill that’s not yet in their toolbox, they’re happy to kick it up a notch.
What you’ll do_
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to execute ideas from concept to final deliverable
- Create key designs/layouts/brand standards
- Contribute new ideas, POVs and creative design solutions
- Stay current with the industry, emerging digital mediums and pop culture
- Partner with clients and senior team members across departments to heighten a brand’s significance and performance
- Present and sell the ideas/work you create
What you’ll need_
Required skills
- Proven conceptual, design and illustration abilities
- Highly proficient in Adobe CC (PS, AI, ID)
- Self-motivated, problem-solver, hardworking, and well organized
- Able to execute ideas across integrated platforms
- Open to others and able to collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- A solid understanding and demonstration of user centered design
- Keen interest in mobile and social media a plus
- Flexible and prolific in your thinking
